Planning meetings, conferences, conventions, and other events can be time consuming, particularly if your association's members have busy schedules. Let us plan these for you! We offer a conference room for your organization to use for board or committee meetings. The room is internet-ready and fully equipped for audio/visual presentations.
For larger meetings, we arrange a location for the event, including meals if required. Information will be distributed to those planning to attend via email (or postal mail if preferred). We will be responsible for as much - or as little - of the meeting planning as you need. Speakers, food, printed materials, name tags and other services are available. We can be present to accept dues or fees for the meeting, providing your treasurer and members with receipts for the transactions.
For conventions and conferences, we can handle the large events as easily as the smaller meetings. Our services include budget planning, arranging speakers, marketing the event and more. We can provide a means for online registration, bring audio-visual equipment, and make hotel arrangements for the event. We can design and print most materials for the event, and will get you the best price on any item we cannot do in-house, such as trophies. After the event is done, we can provide member surveys to determine satifaction levels and suggestions for the next convention or conference. |
